The new “Introduction to Behavioural Science” e-learning course is the first of a series of e-learning courses that will provide you with an overall introduction to Behavioural Science: what is it, what do we do with it, when do we use it and how do we use it. This course developed by Colin Strong – Global Head of Behavioral Science- focuses mainly on examining the role of System 1 (Intuition) in consumer decision making, that´s to say the way in which we undertake decisions quite often fast, unconsciously and automatically. You´ll be guided through a set of playing cards that will help you integrate this into your work.
