Process: Mystery Shopping
The Mystery Shopping course covers all aspects relating to mystery shopping data collection.   In this training module the 5 key mystery shopping process phases are discussed; from initial project set up, site allocations, briefing, in field and QC, ending with field close and project delivery.
Mandatory for: Quality Manager and all staff working with Mystery Shopping projects
Optional for: All staff not working with Mystery Shopping projects.
