Objectives

This course provides an introduction to the Client Interaction Model. This model was originally created by Marketing and it is now being extensively used by many of our WSBLs. Each WSBL may have specificities for the appropriate application of the model. Whether its main principles and concepts remain constant across WSBLs, we decided to create this general training course on the CIM During the course you will learn about the CIM, its philosophy and components. You will be able to see and hear some of our senior leaders talking about it. We hope you enjoy the experience!
