This course takes a look at why and how the Market Effects measure of Brand Value Creator is included in the BVC model. It goes into detail about what Market Effects are and are not, and shows you what you need in your questionnaire to get the ME output. The session shows some example Market Effect outputs from Insight Out, and explains how the scores can work in favour of a brand or against a brand. The course ends off with some frequently asked questions, with answers, and shows what support material is available.
