Objectives

Social Spaces are long-term communities built on Ipsos' proprietary Socialized Research Platform. The process of launching a new Social Space requires an organized approach for addressing both key strategic and tactical components.  

This module is designed for anyone who is interested in learning how to launch a successful Social Space - from sales, client service and account leads to community managers, moderators and administrators. It provides a detailed look at the key strategies and processes necessary for a successful launch, including project planning milestones, client deliverables and timelines, content and engagement strategies,  and a summary of all available reference materials. After taking this course, you should have an understanding of how to plan for and launch an engaging Social Space.
