Objectives 

Ipsos Loyalty`s Digital Voice Offer responds to the challenge of turning large volumes of different data types into knowledge and insight for our clients. This course is not a technical guide to Ipsos Loyalty´s Digital Voice Offer but rather a guide to the Digital Voice approach from the client service perspective. You will learn how to integrate web, survey and other unstructured data to survey data; how to use text analytics and web-listening to add value for your clients; to assess the degree to which issues are impacting customer acquisition and retention.
